Through our Sussex produce inspired menu, Restaurateur, Georgie Collinson and head chef James Chatfield have refocused the business to put their stamp on what they believe Hailsham needs.
Our seasonally themed menus place focus on Sussex ingredient lead creations that will take you on a flavour journey around our countryside and the small businesses operating and working hard to produce sensational food products in and around Hailsham.
Serving main evening meals on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6-9 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays we serve from 12-3pm for luncheon and from 6-9pm for evening meals.
Chapter 12 has built a reputation for producing stunning cocktails, serving fine wines and wide choice of premium beers and spirits.
We now focus on local and specifically Sussex produced drinks where possible, featuring many local vineyards on our wine list such as Hindleap, Hidden Spring and Court Garden, Albourne and now offer a wider than ever 'by the glass' range.
We also feature local breweries for our beers, such as Gun Brewery and Chapel Down and we also offer local ciders from Hunts and Cowfold.
And not forgetting locally produced Gin, Vodka, Liquers and Vermouths, and of course mixers from Folkingtons, which combine to produce some of our fantastic diverse range of cocktails.
