Chapter 12 are delighted to present our new main menu, focused on the best Sussex produce, handcrafted by our innovative and exciting new kitchen team. Michael Sutherland, our head chef delights in creating dishes that are both classic in approach but also present something new and delightful!

Please note: If you have any allergies, please make them known to the staff so that the correct precautions can be taken with your food. All food is prepared in an environment where allergens such as celery, cereals that contain gluten (including wheat such as spelt and Khorasan, rye, barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts), peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if they are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) may be present.

Our menu is subject to change at short notice due to availability of the produce we use. As most of our produce is sourced locally from independent Sussex producers there can be circumstances beyond our control that affect the supply to us.
