The Evolution of Chapter 12 (part 3)

As many of you know, Chapter 12 have been making serious movements with in the business to remarket ourselves as a Wine Bar and Restaurant and to provide some of the most local, fresh and high-quality food available in our area.

In order to enable us to do this to the standard we aspire to achieve, we are altering our opening hours radically as we enter 2019.

We believe Hailsham needs a restaurant that not only excels in décor and atmosphere, but one that also pushes the town forward by providing a dining experience at levels usually found in Brighton and London.

Having had the majority of our customers support us through our transition thus far, we feel we can achieve great things with your on-going support and feel very excited about the prosperous future of Chapter 12 in its new fresh form.

Our opening hours as of the 1st January will be:

Wednesdays – 18-23:00

Thursday – 18-23:00

Friday – 10:00 – 23:00

Saturday – 10-23:00

The extra time afforded by these new hours for preparation, planning and creativity also means we can host events such as Wine Tastings, Tasting Menus on a monthly basis with a better level of execution. Our function room will still be available to hire every day of the week if required for you special event.

We believe Hailsham deserves a ‘next level’ wine bar and restaurant, as we enter our 7thyear of trading we are fully prepared to do what ever it takes to provide the people of Hailsham and surrounding areas with what they deserve, only the best.
